To ensure continuous improvement of our operations and systematic implementation of the corporate responsibility principles, all our paper mills have a certified ISO 9000 quality and ISO 14000 environmental management system. ISO 9000 certification is forthcoming for our new Russian converting operations in 2010.
The majority of our mills are certified with the OHSAS 18000 occupational health and safety management system. All our mills manufacturing food contact materials such as napkins, baking and cooking products are certified either with an ISO 22000 or BRC food safety management system.
By the end of 2009, all our mills will hold a PEFC chain-of-custody certificates as proof that they adhere to our wood origin management system. In addition, three mills are also FSC chain-of-custody certified.
